I gave these cupcakes to some friends of mine who call themselves as official taste testers. Lol. Starting from the far left they are 1) chocolate chili with sprinkled chili powder on buttercream frosting, 2) white russian with a kahlua buttercream frosting, 3) raspberry lemonade with a raspberry filling top with buttercream frosting, and 3) red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Yum!

Happy birthday beautiful lady! Cathia liked the previous cakes I made and since her color was pink she wanted the same colors too.
This is the cake she designed. Love the Xbox cake but is it too much cake for you? Here is an alternative, Xbox game cakes.
My dad wanted an ice cream cake for father's day so here I was the day before father's day trying to figure out how to do an ice cream cake. This is my first attempt at it and i got to give me props it came out pretty good. It is made with chocolate cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Covered in vanilla buttercream with cookie crumbs and chocolate drizzle. This is what it looks like when it was cut open. It was super yummy! Here are these cute barbecue themed cupcakes for the griller in you life (mine being my dad). These are chocolate cupcakes covered in black icing topped with a gray chocolate wafer grill. Grilling I have burger meat with and with out cheese and a sausage (see the grill marks) all made from flavored tootsie rolls. The fire coming from under the grill is a fruit roll-up cut to look like fire then grass to cover the edge of the cupcake and tada this is the outcome.
Here is a beautiful cupcake that is great for any occasion.
Made with marshmallows and colored sugar. Mmmm. <3 These are pineapple mango cupcakes.
Pineapple bread and mango buttercream icing are mini in size but pack lots of summer time flavors! I was feeling a little frisky and decided to make alcoholic infused cupcakes. I made white russian and coconut rum cupcakes. I have to say the white russian took the spot light but the coconut rum wasn't to far behind. I will defiantly have to make these again.
My cousin wanted a zebra pattern on her birthday cake (the pink & black birthday cake) and I though it would be awesome if I could do a zebra pattern in the bread of the cake as well. So after attempting this pattern I decided to scrap it and just go regular because I was unsure how it would look after cut. Well after finishing her cake and getting real curious of how the inside of the scraped cake looked I cut it. TADA! It actually worked! It looked like a zebra pattern! Oh how I do regret not doing a cake like this for her. Oh well, now I know. :) |
