 Here were some quick and simple Thanksgiving day cake pops. Vanilla cake with vanilla icing coated in milk chocolate. Decorated in Thanksgiving themed sprinkles and candy pumpkins. Sweet treat to give out to all your friends and coworkers.

Happy Thanksgiving! What better way to celebrate the holidays then with a festive cake. 
This is a double chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
 A co-worker asked me to do cupcakes and cake cones for her son's birthday. As you can guess he loves dinosaurs so I made these cute cupcake toppers for the cupcakes and made the cake cones into dinosaur eggs.   Here are my cake cone. I tried to make it represent a dinosaur egg.
What do you think? Success? My tia Lourdes celebrated her 50th birthday on halloween eve and came up with this design for her cake. This is her design brought to life.  Pumpkin cake with maple pecan filling and buttercream frosting with fondant and chocolate details.
I did a really last minute de los muertos cake for a couple celebrating their court wedding. They were pleased, hopefully I can do their actual wedding too. Fingers crossed. :)
