I talked my fiance into taking care of the wedding planning with I entered my cakes in an Expo. He gladly agreed! :) I entered my cakes in the Latin Bridal and Quince Expo.

Here a few cakes I did that I didn't get a chance to blog about. A Power Ranger cake for Quincy. I did his 2nd birthday cake. Do you guys remember the batman cake, that was his. :) 
Here is a surfing baby shower cake theme. Classy and fun, oh yea it was a boy. ;) 
Here is a fun Cowboy retirement cake. Loved doing this one!
