I was feeling a little frisky and decided to make alcoholic infused cupcakes. I made white russian and coconut rum cupcakes. I have to say the white russian took the spot light but the coconut rum wasn't to far behind. I will defiantly have to make these again.

I am a small baker, looking into what permits I need to be able to Infuse baked goods from time to time. TABC is going to get back to me but they weren’t sure what I needed when I did call. What type of permit does this establishment have, if I could be so nosey? I really would appreciate any help you could give me. I’m quite far from you and very small time, but I figured I’d be able to get actual info from someone already doing this type of sale’s as it’s the same in all of TX.
