I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream CAKE!

My dad wanted an ice cream cake for father's day so here I was the day before father's day trying to figure out how to do an ice cream cake. This is my first attempt at it and i got to give me props it came out pretty good.

It is made with chocolate cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Covered in vanilla buttercream with cookie crumbs and chocolate drizzle.

It was super yummy!
