Christmas Cookie Cakes

A while back I stumbled upon a recipe for a cookie cake. So I gave it a try. I severely under estimated the size of the cookie and needless to say I was scraping up cookie from the bottom of my oven for a while but boy was it delicious. This was my second go at it and I did a lot better at estimating the size. 

A couple of people asked if I did cookie cakes and, well, I said yes. 

This was the out come . . . 

The christmas tree cake is a 10 inch chocolate & white chocolate chip cookie.

This cookies was bigger. This is 12 inches of chocolate chip cookie madness!
